Spaghetti Bolognaise

StudentPunch - A Mix of Everything Student! - Spaghetti Bolognaise

Serves 4 or 2 Fatties!

2 rashers of bacon

2 medium onions

2 carrots

500g of minced beef

1 tin of shopped tomatos

400g dried spaghetti

100g Parmesan cheese

1.Chop your veg and bacon. Put the bacon in the pan and allow it to lose its pink before adding the veg. Cook the veg stirring occasionally for 4-5 minutes, or until it's starting to brown.

2. Add your mince along with salt, pepper and if you want Worcester Sauce. Move the mince around so it breaks up and the veg mixes through.

3. Once the mince has browned add the Parmesan and then the tomatoes and water. Allow to cook for 30 - 40 minutes or until the liquid residue on the top is nearly all gone. Put your spaghetti on after about 30 minutes.

4 Lift and enjoy. Bolognaise sauce can be frozen or used to make a lasagne for following nights.
