Feed The Flat Mac n Cheese

Ingredients

Butter

Milk

Flour

Macaroni Pasta (or other suitable pasta)

Cheese (ideally cheddar)

Steps

  1. Melt a good-sized amount of butter in a pan, around a scrap of a spatula amount. Add two or three-heaped spoon full’s of plain flour into the butter and mix until it starts to look crumble.
  2. Place your pasta on a medium to high heat with a pinch of salt, or a little bit of olive oil.
  3. Start adding your milk into the flour and butter mix. The amount of milk you add is up to yourself and depends on how thick you want your sauce. Add your milk slowly and work it into the mix. This stops your sauce from becoming lumpy.
  4. When your sauce is a texture you like drain your pasta and put the two together. Sprinkle with cheese to complete.

Tip: some people like to bake Macaroni and Cheese in the oven, this adds a nice crisp to the top.
