When it comes to the cold, wet winter months I am decidedly not a cool kid. My main aim is to stay as warm and dry as possible. However, every now and again life calls for me to leave my den beside the radiator and venture out. Prior to such a mission I bundle myself up in the most practical arrangement of clothing I can find, style not being high on the agenda. One such mission led me to the high street, where I delightfully discovered that winter does not necessarily mean dressing like the rejects from an anorak factory. |
